From getting my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Rhode Island, I have close to 8 years of total experience in the staffing world, with a specialization in all aspects of IT Recruiting and Sales, touching on Creative talent and HR hires as well. My experience has been on both sides of the desk, so I have a unique understanding of what both clients and candidates want and need.
